Christina Aguilera is a woman of many guises. And, the woman who made "assless chaps" trendy just revealed her latest transformation on the front cover of Paper magazine. This time, she's sporting "minimal makeup" and "slick-backed hair."

On the front cover of Paper magazine, Aguilera appears to be "without a trace of makeup" with her freckles on show. Though, according to her Paper interview entitled "Christina Aguilera Is Back With a New Transformation," she's not about to ditch her makeup quite yet. "I mean, I'm a girl that likes a beat face, let's not get it twisted," says Aguilera.

Aguilera explained why her look from "assless chaps and two toned-plaits" to "old Hollywood-inspired retro glam" to her most recent aesthetic.

"I've always been someone that obviously loves to experiment, loves theatrics, loves to create a storyline and play a character in a video or through stage," she told Paper.

"I'm a performer, that's who I am by nature. But I'm at the place, even musically, where it's a liberating feeling to be able to strip it all back and appreciate who you are and your raw beauty."

Anyone who's ever listened to Aguilera's "Beautiful" will know she's a firm advocate of embracing one's own beauty "no matter what they say." She told Paper that she feels progress is being made in the fight for greater inclusivity and diversity in the fashion and beauty industries.

"There's always gonna be those trolls out there or people that have their own definition and ideals of beauty, but I think we're progressing to a place of pushback and more people coming out," she told Paper.

True to form, she has a message for people who aren't on board with the much-needed shift in these industries.

"It's like my Instagram says right now. Everybody that can't hop on that train can suck our dicks," she says.

Words can't bring her down, folks.
