Even though Christmas is over a month away, many of us are ready for the holiday cheer to kick in following the stress of last week's election.

Redditor Cromulus posted a picture of his front door yesterday, explaining that his elderly neighbor asked if she could decorate it for Christmas. To his surprise, she went all out, transforming his door into a joyous Christmas present.

"I live in the hood. Got a text from the elderly lady downstairs asking if she could decorate my door for Christmas," Cromulus wrote on Reddit. "Came home to this. Not even mad..."

Even though it's only mid-November, Cromulus' sweet neighbor is definitely ready to ring some sleigh bells and crack open the eggnog.

As Redditors do, Redditors pulled out their best wordplay for the comments.
