There isn't a lot of romance in asking someone if they want to "Netflix and chill," but one London hotel is working on changing that.

The Andaz London Liverpool Street is offering a "bed, flix & chill" package, which gives the contemporary hookup a five-star makeover, according to the hotel.

Guests who book the weekend package, which starts at £189 ($263) a night, get:

  • Unlimited in-room movies

  • A chilled bottle of Prosecco

  • Full English breakfast

  • Complimentary 2 p.m. late check out

  • 25% off room service and health club treatments

  • A complimentary mini-bar including non-alcoholic drinks

  • A premium snack box

The boutique hotel began offering the package ahead of Valentine's Day, but is continuing the offer on weekends until April 30.

Since spending an entire evening in a hotel room is not the greatest way to experience a city — even with an extensive on-demand movie selection — the bed, flix & chill package sounds tailor-made for a staycation.

And if you're not in London, consider a Netflix-and-chill inspired staycation all your own: All you need is a hotel with great (and preferably free) Wi-Fi, a thoughtful snack selection, and someone to chill with.
