Several Facebook accounts belonging to CNN were hacked by the now well known group known as OurMine.

In addition to the main CNN Facebook account, which was hit just after 10 p.m. on Sunday, the group also hacked the official CNN International and the CNN Politics Facebook pages.

In each case, the group left its logo, along with the message, "Hey, it's OurMine we are just testing your security, please contact us for more information," along with a contact email address and a link to the group's website.

As of this writing, the media organization's other social media accounts, such as Twitter and Instagram, appeared to be unaffected.

The action follows a similar incident on Saturday that impacted the online presence of the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) group. In that case, WWE had several Twitter accounts taken over by OurMine.

UPDATE: Sunday, Jan. 29, 10:55 p.m. ET: Roughly 30 minutes after CNN's accounts were taken over by the hacking group, Facebook apparently restored control of the accounts to CNN staff, removing the previous messages posted by OurMine.
