YouTube to help alleviate Coachella FOMO by live streaming first weekend
LOS ANGELES -- YouTube is solving FOMO, one live stream at a time.
The video platform said Monday it will live stream select performances from weekend one of Coachella, which takes place April 15 - 17.

The live stream will also be available on the YouTube Music app, and on any screen where YouTube is available to watch.
Those who want to tune in can create an "interactive personalized schedule" to customize the live viewing experience.
YouTube's Coachella channel's social feed will also incorporate "new exclusive highlights and top moments from the festival."
The acts that YouTube will stream have not yet been announced. However, the video platform said it will continue updating fans as the week continues.
