Coldplay honors Gene Wilder and dreamers everywhere with 'Pure Imagination' cover
It's hard to imagine a more perfect time and place to sing "Pure Imagination" than last night during Coldplay's Head Full of Dreams Tour.
Coldplay honored Gene Wilder at their Denver show Monday night following the heartbreaking news of his death with a cover of the iconic song from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.
The band shared a clip of the cover, paired with appropriately whimsical footage of concert-goers, which you can watch below.
