Please enjoy all the creative ways these students have managed to waste time

This is inspiring.

If you're looking for a new hero, a new hobby, or just some classic inspiration, look no further.

Graduate teaching assistants for environmental and Earth science classes at the University of Michigan compiled a truly impressive list of all the things they noticed students doing during lectures this year.

It's a real good read.

Yes, classic distractions like Facebook, Amazon, and news sites are listed, but the real stars are the, uh, weirder ways some students chose to spend their time. Like watching porn. Or breaking up with their boyfriend via IM. Or purchasing $240 in turtlenecks.

Our personal favorite: the student who spent class "looking at pictures of themselves in suits."

Now that is how to live a life.
