Mondo's badass 'Castlevania' goodies are coming exclusively to Comic-Con
Castlevania fans aren't going to want to miss this year's San Diego Comic-Con.
Mondo, the geek-centric online art gallery and culture store, is bringing a couple of badass exclusives to Comic-Con this month: a colored vinyl pressing of the soundtrack to Castlevania: Rondo of Blood (or as it's known to fans of the SNES remake, Dracula X) and a poster of Castlevania: Symphony of the Night.
The two-LP album, of which there will only be 250 at SDCC, will be $35 and features some insanely cool artwork by Oliver Barrett in his stark and striking signature style. Take a look at the front and back covers:
The Comic-Con-exclusive Rondo of Blood soundtrack is pressed on red and blue split vinyl. For fans who won't get a chance to go to Comic-Con or miss the limited run, the album will be available online at a later date (although without the red/blue coloring).
The exclusive screen print poster for Castlevania: Symphony of the Night was done by Becky Cloonan, featuring a handful of characters from the game done in Cloonan's fitting modern gothic style. Each poster will be $45.
