'Conan Exiles' lets you adjust the size of your physical... assets

Conan Exiles lets you play with yourself like no other game has.
Like most RPG-flavored video games, Conan Exiles includes a robust set of options for character customization. But there's one category where this character creator differs: the "endowment" slider.
For male characters, the slider tweaks the size of your twig and berries, ranging from a micropenis to a Magnum-filling flesh rope. For female characters, it's a boob slider.
Observe the male slider in action (with thanks to PC Gamer).

Conan Exiles is an open world survival game, in the vein of past releases like H1Z1, DayZ and Rust. The last of those also famously does some fun things with in-game penises.
The Conan game is still in early access, meaning what you can buy right now is unfinished and still in active development. We may well see an expansion of the game's character creator in the coming months.
There's never been anything quite like this "endowment slider" in other games. The closest the industry has come was with Saint's Row: The Third's clothing-covered "sex appeal" slider. Rust treated the player's package as a randomly generated asset and other games -- such as Soulcalibur V -- have given players the tools to cheat their way to testicular greatness, but nothing so overt as this.
