Getting around a city can be a nightmare, but luckily with the invention of Twitter, transport networks like @NYCTSubway can lend a hand.

Or not.

A few days ago, the official NYCT account tweeted some travel advice to a baffled citizen. Actually, advice might be a strong word...

You get all that?

Luckily the confused customer was okay in the end.

So there is a happy ending to this urban fairy tale.
