With their stubby legs and short stature, the humble corgi isn't the kind of dog you'd expect to go racing.
Nevertheless, the first ever SoCal Corgi National Championship took place on Sunday at Santa Anita Park in Los Angeles, where 100 adorable dogs competed against each other.
The finals of the competition took place on the track usually reserved for horses, with the likes of Benji, Loki, Nubby and Jojo using their stumpers to zoom to glory.

While it look liked Iggy was going to catch up, Roi and his owner Rick Garcia were the clear winners in the final of the race, a replay of which you can watch below.
