Ice cream floating on cotton candy clouds is not a dream
If brownie sundaes and frosting-stuffed croissants have become too mundane in a world filled with culinary mashups, here is soft serve ice cream lounging on gossamer beds of cotton candy.
This treat, offered at London's Milk Train, consists of soft serve ice cream served on...you guessed it...a pillowy cloud of cotton candy (known as candy floss in the UK).
The Japanese cafe's ice cream flavors are vanilla, matcha and hojicha, which is a mild Japanese green tea.

The cotton candy is a sweet, fluffy bed for the cold stuff and also an ample setting for assorted toppings like cookies, popcorn and Japanese candy.
Though the menu posted on Rina Writes shows a matcha cone with candy floss runs £4.95 (about $6.50), it's impossible to put a price on the joy this brings the social media world at large.
