Need a song to send your ex that conveys you're seriously super angry at them but also you, you know, wouldn't mind fooling around a bit?

Per usual, The CW's Crazy Ex-Girlfriend has you covered.

When we last checked in on Rebecca (Rachel Bloom) and Nathaniel (Scott Michael Foster) on the show, Rebecca had made an actually responsible decision and broken up with Nathaniel because he was getting in the way of her recovery (Yes, this season is hella intense).

But...that doesn't mean she's stopped thinking about him. Cue "Horny Angry Tango," a pitch-perfect sexy dance number about two people who would like to ruin each other's lives in court, but would also love to bang real quick. "Our love has transformed into hate/ Damn, sex right now would sure be great!"

Mashable can exclusively premiere the hilarious number from Friday's episode below.

"Horny Angry Tango" is just another in a long, long list of songs the show has crafted that perfectly encapsulate some aspect of dating and relationships, from "Oh My God I Think I Like You" to "Love Kernels" to "We'll Never Have Problems Again." While they work as excellent parodies, they also are just great songs that you can listen to all day at work on Spotify! You know, if you wanted to.

Crazy Ex-Girlfriend airs Fridays at 8 p.m. ET
