NASCAR driver pulled over for speeding while on way to race
You can take the NASCAR driver out of the race, but you apparently can't take the race out of the NASCAR driver.
Dale Earnhardt Jr. was pulled over for speeding while driving to a NASCAR race, according Twitter posts by the driver and his fiancée.
What's more, Earnhardt wasn't even competing in the race we was driving to when he was stopped.

Earnhardt's fiancée, Amy Reimann, on Sunday tweeted the above photo of the NASCAR driver, who's currently sidelined from competition with a concussion. He appears to have been stopped while on the way to watch the AAA Texas 500 race near Dallas.
Reimann's post indicates Earnhardt was let off with a written warning instead of being issued a full-on speeding ticket.
When asked how fast he was going by another Twitter user, Earnhardt delivered about the response you'd expect.
