Daniel Kwan, who co-directed and co-wrote Everything Everywhere All at Once with Daniel Scheinert, showed up to the Oscars in a suit that pays direct tribute to his film's leading lady, Evelyn Wang (Michelle Yeoh).

At her Lunar New Year party, Evelyn wears a red cardigan with a gold floral design along the sleeves and the word "Punk" written across its pockets and its back. Kwan's red suit mirrors the sleeve and "Punk" design in a sweet homage to one of the film's most iconic looks.

Kwan's recreation of Evelyn's look is complemented by Scheinert's red button-up shirt and matching cufflink buttons. The color palette is in keeping with Everything Everywhere All at Once's Lunar New Year party setting, as it is traditional to wear red, especially in China, during the holiday. The color red represents good luck and prosperity, something the Everything Everywhere All at Once team probably doesn't need going into the 95th Academy Awards. With 11 Oscar nominations and a slew of guild victories under its belt, the multiverse-hopping film is poised to be a major winner at tonight's ceremony.
