Glee's Darren Criss will be back to sing on your TV this season. Criss, whose time since FOX's dramedy has been spent largely on stage performance, will join the cast of the CW's Flash/Supergirl musical crossover, alongside his former Glee costars.

Criss will play the Big Bad Music Meister in this two-part episode, according to TVLine.

“With our Flash and our Supergirl being Glee alums, how could we not have them go up against another Glee favorite like Darren Criss?” executive producer Andrew Kreisberg told TVLine. “We have been blown away by his talent over the years and we can’t wait to see what he brings to the Music Meister.”

Beyond Gustin, who played the slimy Sebastian on Glee, Criss will reunite with Carlos Valdes, who plays Cisco on The Flash and studied theater at the same time as Criss at the University of Michigan. Other confirmed singers in the episode include Jesse L. Martin, Victor Garber, John Barrowman and Jeremy Jordan.

Editor's Note: This reporter previously briefly worked with Criss.
