If you've ever fancied a date with Hello Kitty, here's your chance.

Sanrio, the company behind the feline-themed friend (who is, let's be clear, not a cat), launched a crowdfunding campaign for a summer festival at Puroland, its indoor theme park in Tama, Tokyo. And included in the campaign rewards for donating is ... a 20-minute date with Hello Kitty, according to the Japan Times.

The campaign, which was launched on Japanese fundraising site Campfire, is meant to fund decorations during the festival, which is slated to be held between July 15 and September 13. Sanrio officials said that they launched the fundraiser to create a sense of unity between the company and fans, reported the Japan Times.

Donors who paid 100,000 yen ($897.20) would be eligible to date the most famous Sanrio character, Hello Kitty, though only five dates will actually be offered. Only two slots were left when Mashable visited the crowdfunding page.

Sanrio has also offered other crowdfunding goals too, like a traditional Japanese hand fan and a mask for up to 30 people who donate 3,000 yen ($26.92) to the campaign. Donors can also have their names engraved in a board that will be displayed at Puroland for 8,000 yen ($71.78).

Those who give 1 million yen ($8,972) can invite Hello Kitty to their city, while those who donate 2 million yen ($17,944) receive an overnight stay in the theme park for up to five people.

The crowdfunding campaign will end on June 24.
