David Bowie would have been 70 years old on Jan. 8.

To celebrate the legendary, late musician's birthday anniversary, Columbia Records just released a chunk of the last songs he wrote.

Recorded at the same time as his final album, Blackstar, the new tracks form an EP called No Plan and the title track even comes complete with a mysterious new music video.

The video is directed by Tom Hingston according to Billboard, and features the song's lyrics being broadcast across a wall of TVs in the window of a store called Newton Electrical -- a sly nod to Bowie's character in The Men Who Fell To Earth and the Bowie-penned musical, Lazarus.

Slowly, a crowd gathers outside the shopfront, entranced by the minimalist and eerie sights on the screens.

The video and four-track EP's release coincides with the airing of the BBC's documentary David Bowie: The Last Five Years, which revealed that the star only found out he was dying in the final three months of his life.

No Plan also contains the songs "When I Met You," "Lazarus" and "Killing a Little Time." It's available now on most music streaming services.
