LONDON -- Former UK Prime Minister David Cameron has announced he's stepping down as an MP and, unsurprisingly, people have already started cracking jokes on Twitter.
It's been a turbulent couple of years for Cameron. After leading the Conservative Party to victory in the 2015 general election, he then (unintentionally) led the UK to leave the European Union in the 2016 EU Referendum.
Shortly after that, he announced his resignation as Prime Minister and now -- just a couple of months later -- he's stepping down as the Member of Parliament for Whitney.
