Dinosaurs are roaming the Earth once again - sort of.

Jorge Saenz of Paraguay has been photographing toy dinosaurs throughout his travels around South America and the results are larger than life.

Using his creative prowess, Saenz manages to make the toys look quite a bit like the real dinos from once upon a time.

"My dino bag comes with me on every trip," Saenz told Mashable in an email. "The topics I use for the photographs are born from everyday realities. War, religion, misuse of water, machoism - they are topics that come from reading the newspaper or simply straight observation."

After being featured on Instagram's own English and Spanish accounts, Saenz has become a fan favorite.

To date, he's captured his dinosaur pictures in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru and Paraguay.

"The dinosaurs in my series look and think of the world as if they were aliens, but also in a very rationalist and critical manner," Saenz said of his toys he has named 'Dino,' 'Spiny' and 'Brachy'.

Saenz plans to continue his #dinodinaseries through 2016.
