You might be a little sick of your dog bugging you during meal times, even when they've just been fed. Now, an Australian pub is allowing your canine buddy to dine right beside you.

It's called a "Dogustation," available at The Carrington Hotel in the Sydney suburb of Surry Hills in Australia, happening throughout March.

The extended doggy treat is also going to a pretty swell cause as well, with five bucks from each sale going to the Animal Welfare League (AWL), an organisation that helps provide shelter for abandoned animals.

"We came up with the idea for Valentine's Day, and it was such a big hit we decided to run it again, this time with the profits going to AWL," Lara Casarotti, the pub's general manager told Mashable Australia via email.

For A$15 (US$11.39), pooches will be served up three courses, quite an upgrade from actual dog food: They'll start off with a beef tartare, followed by a main of steak and vegetables, then if they're still peckish, a biscuit for dessert.

"We all really care about animal welfare and in particular, we absolutely love dogs," Casarotti said. A dog friendly pub, they're not only allowed into the venue, but staff have got treats on hand too. The pub is also running a dog festival called BARKLIFE on Saturday.

"We’ve also wanted to throw a festival for dogs for ages. Dogs deliver a lot of happiness to a lot of people and we thought it was time that they had a the opportunity to have a good day out," Casarotti said.

Expect to see plenty more four-legged customers woofing down their meals at this pub very soon.
