So presidential hopeful Donald Trump has weighed in again on Britain's decision to leave the European Union with a cryptic tweet:

What did he mean? Is he leaving the presidential race? Or maybe he's implying that he's going to win against all odds, just like the Leave campaign in the EU referendum?

Scotland actually voted for the UK to *remain* in the EU.
