Twitter tries to list the things Trump finds overrated. You know, besides Meryl Streep.

The drama. The gifs. The savagery.

Meryl Streep winning an award is finally controversial.

The actress' speech as she accepted the Golden Globes' Cecil B. DeMille Lifetime Achievement Award was the most talked-about of the evening, largely due to her acceptance speech.

She used her time on the stage to celebrate diversity and champion the free press from being destroyed or silenced. You know, the sort of stuff Donald Trump struggles with. She also brought up the infamous incident in which the president elect mocked a reporter with a physical disability.

While many thought Streep's speech was powerful and saw it as a way to incite peace and unity among us, Trump did not see it that way. Like clockwork, he tweeted in the wee hours of the morning to express his disdain for Streep and her speech. In a series of tweets he called her a "Hillary flunky," denied ever mocking the reporter and called Meryl Streep, one of the best actress of all time, "overrated."

This did not go over well.

As you can expect, Twitter took it upon itself to showcase the absurdity of calling one of the most prestigious actors of our time overrated.

Giddy social media users immediately began listing the many, many valuable things that Trump probably thinks are overblown. The hashtag #ThingsTrumpThinksAreOverrated was born and somehow Monday didn't seem all that bad.

Take note, Donald Trump: don't come for the queen of Hollywood because her loyal followers will take swift and savage action.
