It's official. Donald Trump has taken on some very crucial responsibilities.

On Friday, he snapped.

Trump, the new president of the United States, took to Snapchat to share two videos of his drive from the White House to the inauguration ceremony.

While his opponents were busy snapping away during campaign season in an effort to drum up millennial support -- even Bernie Sanders joined "Snapshot" -- Trump stuck to Twitter to post 140-character statements and call out media companies.

Now, Trump seems to have taken a liking to the disappearing photo and video app.

The Trump campaign wasn't completely naive to Snapchat. For example, they purchased a nationwide custom Snapchat filter for the first presidential debate.

These videos also were included in the story curated by Snapchat for Inauguration Day.

Trump's account is categorized as an official story, meaning that the account is verified by Snapchat. It also means he receives a special emoji next to his name.

While presidential candidates and other politicians opted for the American flag, Trump's account has a flying money sign that is popular among business people on the platform.

Can we expect more snaps from President Trump in the future?

He and his administration now have possession of the official White House Snapchat, along with his personal account.

Update, Jan. 28, 2017, 3:30 p.m. EST: President Trump's verified emoji on Snapchat has changed from the flying money emoji to the American flag.

The change to something more presidential comes a week after his inauguration.
