President-elect of the United States Donald J. Trump sure loves getting compliments.

He loves them so much that if you send him one over Twitter, he might even retweet or quote it.

That's what happened when Twitter user Lawrence Goodstein set out to praise Trump's daughter Ivanka, calling her a "woman with real character and class."

Only thing is, he tagged the wrong Ivanka -- a mistake Trump himself didn't notice when he quoted Goodstein's words.

Instead of tweeting at his daughter (for future reference she's @IvankaTrump, Donald) he tweeted at a young woman living in the UK named Ivanka Majic.

It's an embarrassing mistake, not least of all because from the look of her Tweets, Majic isn't exactly a fan of the Don.

As you might imagine, this isn't the first time that poor Majic has been muddled up in the Trump saga. Though admittedly this is the first time Trump himself has become involved.

Unsurprisingly, the internet at large is giving Donald a bit of a roasting for his daughter versus random woman mix-up.

Oh well. It's not like Trump's oversights will soon have profound international importance or anything.

Mashable has contacted Ivanka Majic for comment.
