Watch someone smash up Donald Trump's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame
UPDATE (4:30 p.m. ET, Thurs. Oct. 27, 2016): James Otis was arrested on felony vandalism charges for the incident. Speaking to NBC, Otis said, "I did it, and I'm very happy I did it, and I'm proud that I did it."
A heated election is coming (finally) to a close but things are getting uglier and uglier as Donald Trump's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame was reportedly smashed by vandals early Wednesday morning and it was caught on tape.
Deadline reports that the act happened around 5:45 a.m. Hollywood time on Wednesday morning, when a man dressed up as a city construction worker smashed the star. The man, who used a pickaxe and a sledgehammer, told Deadline he intended to remove the entire thing to sell at auction.

And if that's not enough, apparently taking photos of dogs pooping on the star is also a thing.
