Nickelodeon's 'Double Dare' is coming to Comic-Con
Break out the Double Dare Nose.
Nickelodeon's The Splat -- the network’s programming block dedicated to Nick’s hits from the ‘90s and 2000s -- will salute the 30th anniversary of Double Dare by bringing back original host Marc Summers for the first time in 16 years for a special live edition of the iconic game show on Friday, July 22, during Comic-Con 2016.
Can't make it into the live audience of fans in San Diego playing Down the Hatch to live your '90s kids dreams? Fans will be able to watch live from The Splat’s Facebook page beginning at 9:30 p.m. PT.
The goofy game show celebrates its 30th anniversary on Oct. 6, having originally aired from 1986-1993 (Family Double Dare and Double Dare 2000 followed).

The Splat will then air Double Dare Week, also hosted by Summers, beginning Monday, July 25, on TeenNick. The programming lineup will feature brand-new Double Dare game interstitials, as well as the most memorable moments from the game show and episodes from the original series.
