Drake reveals his love for Nando's in the most British way
Drake won the award for best international male solo artist at the Brit Awards on Wednesday. But, he deserved a second, unofficial award for posting the most British Instagram caption.
Drake's celebratory photo about his win might not have looked out of the ordinary, but his caption spoke volumes about his appreciation for Nando's chicken.
"Winner winner Nando's chicken dinner," he wrote.
Nando's isn't just a popular Portuguese-style chicken restaurant. It's got cult status in the UK. Drake visited a branch of Nando's in early February after his gig in Leeds. And, he's believed to have racked up quite the bill. According to The Tab, Drake spent £534.55 ($666) on chicken and sides at the restaurant. His order was reportedly so large it caused a backlog of orders, which left other customers pretty miffed. Cheeky Nando's, anyone?!
