LONDON -- Nine times out of ten, drunk tweeting isn't the best idea.

Every now and again, though, as in the case below, it can have unexpectedly amusing consequences.

This is British vlogger, Lucy D'Agostino.

Following a night out last weekend, D'Agostino shared a drunken Twitter message exchange she'd had with a customer service representative of fashion website Boohoo.

"I messaged them last night at 2am with a question mark because they hadn't replied to me," Lucy explained in a vlog. "And then someone replied."

D'Agostino shared screengrabs of the resulting exchange, which quickly went viral.

Here's the full exchange:

Abul is clearly the perfect example of an employee who's prepared to go the extra mile.

Twitter couldn't get enough of the story.

Soon, even people in other countries were congratulating D'Agostino.

Mainly, though, people wanted to congratulate Abul on a job well done.

Solid work, Abul.
