Watch an IRL Dug from 'Up' surprise humans in the park

Ever wished your dog could talk to you? Now, your dreams are slightly closer to reality than they were before.

In a new video from Disney, an IRL version of Dug from Up surprises parkgoers with his adorable face, boundless energy and fun attitude — oh, and his ability to "speak."

"My collar helps me talk," Dug explains.
