Amazon's massive fall sale is set to take place on Oct. 8 and 9 this year, so if you're shopping for some good deals this fall you'll want to tune into Prime Big Deals Days. Last year we saw nice discounts on kitchen appliances, Amazon devices, Apple products, and plenty more.
You might be thinking you have to wait until Oct. 8 to cash in on the savings, but Amazon would never make us wait that long. If you're looking to give your home security a bump, for instance, the mega-retailer has already dropped prices on video doorbells and security cameras of all shapes and sizes.
For those wanting to shop early, rest assured you'll still be getting a good — no, great — price on products from Blink, TP-Link, and even Google Nest. Some of these gadgets are already at record-low prices a week ahead of the big event.

Why we like it
If you only need a single security camera, the TP-Link Tapo MagCam is a reliable choice. While we haven't had the chance to test it out, our friends at PCMag (owned by Mashable's publisher, Ziff Davis) have done the honor and awarded it a 4.5 outstanding rating. "It's an excellent value for a battery-powered camera that offers color night vision, built-in spotlights, local and cloud storage options, free intelligent alerts, voice control, and many other features," the review states, all of which earned the camera an Editors' Choice award.
