Prime Day is officially less than 24 hours away, but you don't have to wait to score a good deal on headphones or speakers. Start shopping a day early, and you can score a record-low pair of Bose QuietComfort Ultras or Earbuds II.
Other exciting deals ahead of Amazon's mega-sale include markdowns on JBL Tune noise-canceling headphones, Bluetooth speakers from Ultimate Ears, and even an invite-only offering for Sony headphone fans. AirPods were down to all-time lows a couple weeks prior to Prime Day, but at the time of writing are back up to a less exciting deal price.

If the name isn't enough of a giveaway, Mashable's Sam Mangino tested them out and confirmed, "These are the most comfortable pair of headphones you can buy right now." These babies offer all-day battery life (even with noise-canceling engaged) and solid noise cancellation quality with three different audio settings. They're not the most intuitive and the price is a bit steep at $429. However, ahead of Prime Day, you can snag them for a more affordable $349 instead.

While they're not an essential upgrade if you're already the proud owner of the first-generation AirPods Pro, the second-generation earbuds are definitely better "in many small ways," Mashable's Stan Schroeder writes. He adds that the sound is excellent and the noise cancellation is superb. They're currently on sale for $189.99 a day before Prime Day, but we're expecting that price to drop further. The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II are down to their lowest price ever, according to the price tracker camelcamelcamel. Though these earbuds were released in 2022, they remain an Editor's Choice award winner at our sister site PCMag (also owned by Ziff Davis) thanks to their "astoundingly effective noise cancellation" and sound signature that's great for "anyone who likes rich bass and bright highs." At $169.95, these earbuds are much more affordable than newer premium models while offering you a similar product, minus extras like turning the ANC off or wireless charging for the case.

The Ultimate Ears Wonderboom 3 is a great value speaker when it's at full price, making it even more of a get marked down about $32. The price cut comes as Ultimate Ears has just released their next gen of the speaker (we're currently testing it to see if it belongs on the list of our favorites), but it doesn't seem there's a stark difference between the two speakers. If you need a speaker that's compact and rugged, and don't care too much about having customizable EQ or a companion app, the Wonderboom 3 will check your boxes.
