LONDON -- An 86-year-old woman has fended off a would-be mugger with a packet of freshly bought supermarket bacon.
The slightly odd incident, which took place inside a supermarket in Altrincham, UK, was recounted by Greater Manchester Police on their Facebook page on Tuesday morning.
