Ellen DeGeneres found One Directioner Niall Horan a 'new' GF

LONDON -- Talkshow host Ellen DeGeneres has put her celebrity doppelgänger Niall Horan in a bit of a spot.

In an appearance on the American comedian's television programme, the One Direction member was compelled to play a dating game of sorts in which he had to choose between two famous faces.

And through process of elimination, it would seem the Irish singer-songwriter fancies one Ellie Goulding:

Here's the thing for those of you not up-to-speed on the celebrity dating scene: Goulding and Horan dated back in 2013, a romance that perhaps fizzled under the glare of rumours of a love triangle involving Ed Sheeran.

Does this mean Horan still carries a torch for his former fling?
