Relive SpaceX's most recent Florida rocket landing in photos
In the wee hours of Monday morning, a SpaceX Falcon 9 booster made a spectacular landing on a pad in Florida after launching an uncrewed Dragon capsule to the International Space Station on a cargo run for NASA.
This test is the fifth successful SpaceX rocket landing and the second performed on dry land. The other three landed boosters softly touched down on a drone ship in the ocean.
SpaceX hopes to start re-flying boosters for multiple missions in the coming months, all with the goal of eventually reducing the cost of flying to space.
