Elon Musk and The Rock bonded over these cursed Photoshopped memes

Is anyone out there curious if Elon Musk lifts? Extremely unclear, but the tech leader is talking about it on Twitter anyway.

On Wednesday, Musk tweeted a disturbing collage of photographs that show his face Photoshopped onto The Rock's very fit body. He captioned the cursed images, "Yeah, I lift a little ..."

The Rock replied to the photos by calling Musk a "beast" and a "handsome SOB," and even included the winking emoji.

Musk fanboyed right back at him, saying "Oh stop, you'll make me blush," and then the two proceeded to make some future, indefinite plans for "tequila and steak." (The Rock's buying.)

Though Musk and The Rock seemed to use this opportunity to seriously bond with one another, the rest of Twitter took it as a chance to troll the two men. And while many ship names are floating around, it seems like the clear winner will be "The Rocket." Help us all.

Per the watermark in the upper lefthand corner, the images were created using Reflect.tech, an AI based face-swapping app. And since Twitter user @cameronrad posted the faceswaps on Twitter back in February, it doesn't appear Musk actually took the time out of his day to put his own face onto Dwayne Johnson's body, which is slightly refreshing.

Musk, has been sharing memes a lot of Twitter recently, but the addition of The Rock is a whole new level of weird.

UPDATE: March 8, 2019, 10:43 a.m. EST Updated to include additional information on the app used to create the photos, as well as the original creator.
