Will the real Emma Watson fans please stand up (and show up at the box office)?

The Harry Potter star's latest film, The Colony, only made £47 -- roughly $61, or about six Chipotle burritos -- in UK theaters opening weekend. (Caveat: It only played in three theaters and was simultaneously released as a video on demand option, per The Independent.)

In the movie, Watson plays a woman named Lena who tries to rescue her husband (Daniel Brühl) from a deadly cult called Colonia Dignidad in Chile. The Colony, which premiered at the Toronto Film Festival last year, unfortunately didn't sit well with critics, earning a lousy 21% on Rotten Tomatoes

Watson has been steadily building a strong post-Potter catalogue, playing roles in fare like The Perks of Being a Wallflower, Sofia Coppola's The Bling Ring and Darren Aronofsky's NoahThe Colony was one of her first true lead roles, though it's had significantly less buzz than her past projects.

But don't cry for Hermione -- she's got two major roles coming up that are sure to pack more money-making punch. First up is The Circle, the adaptation of the best-selling Dave Eggers novel, which will also star Tom Hanks and John Boyega.

Then she's playing Belle in Disney's live-action adaptation of Beauty and the Beast. Something tell's us that might do a touch more business during its opening weekend than The Colony.
