If there's an apocalypse, Rose Schlossberg and Mara Nelson-Greenberg have you covered. Kind of.

The two friends are behind a new web series called End Times Girls Club, from Above Average Productions, the digital arm of Lorne Michaels' Broadway Video.

The six-episode series -- debuting above -- follows Bee (Schlossberg) and Lara (Nelson-Greenberg) as they give viewers the ultimate guide to female-focused apocalypse survival. That means everything from how to get "a stunning makeover using only apocalypse trash" to how to set fire to your boyfriend's stuff.

Schlossberg came up with the initial idea when she was a student at New York University.

"It came up as a response to seeing the way that New York responded to Hurricane Sandy, and how people were grossly underprepared -- specifically, girls in damsel in distress mode," Schlossberg told Mashable. "I thought it would be interesting to create this world where girls have to be survivalists without compromising their cute factor."

"We are big comedy fans, and I think Broadway Video has the best record in the comedy world for making stuff," Schlossberg said. "It's an environment that enables creators, so it’s been a great fit."
