Intrepid rat attempts to escape mall cop by going up the down escalator

Pizza rat is trying to work off some of those extra calories.

They said it couldn't be done, but this rat tried anyways.

An ambitious rat was spotted attempting to flee a mall cop at a shopping center in Quezon City, Philippines. Instead of slipping into a small hole, the rodent decided to escape by going up the down escalator, because surely no human would follow.

Unfortunately, like many who have tried before, the rat got tired before reaching the top of the moving stairs and the great escape turned into a pretty entertaining workout.
