Some violent bad apples have given Russia fans a bum rap at the Euro 2016 soccer tournament in France.

But one group of Russia supporters apparently wants to let their French hosts know they come with love. Just to be clear, though -- they're totally not gay.

Here we have a photo posted to Twitter by Sky Sports reporter Paul Kelso on Wednesday, and subsequently pointed out by Deadspin. That's Kelso holding the coffee; it looks like a chill scene.

Wait a minute! Let's take a closer look at that van.

The "RUSSIAN HETEROSEXUALS" van had also been spotted about France earlier in the tournament. Here's a photo from last week:

Sports and gay rights share a complicated history in Russia -- as was prominently evidenced at the 2014 Olympics -- and this van raises many questions.

Is "RUSSIAN HETEROSEXUALS" meant to identify the men in the van as such? Is the top message of love being delivered on behalf of all Russian heterosexuals? Or just some Russian heterosexuals? Could the Russian Heterosexuals just be a band or a trivia night team enjoying a Euro 2016 holiday together?

Like we said, so many questions.
