You don't want to race him.

Ezekiel Elliot is a spectacle of pure athleticism, and the Dallas Cowboys running back proved it at Sunday's Pro Bowl.

Though he only rushed for 20 yards on eight carries in the actual game, Elliot put his physical gifts on display when a fan charged the field between snaps. Elliot emerged from the sidelines and brought the errant fan down at the 42-yard line.

What happened next is even better.

An AFC player helped out by restraining the fan, but Elliot wasn't done showing off. He set the fan free, simply so he could win a footrace to the end zone.

Elliot, at just 21 years old, is one of the NFL's brightest young stars, having led the league in rushing yards this season.

The Cowboys fell out of Super Bowl contention weeks ago, so the Pro Bowl was Elliot's best shot to show viewers why he's so legit. Even if his results on the field weren't so great, his physical abilities are clearly insane.

Just ask that fan.
