The new Facebook reactions are here and gone are the days of the simple "Like." You can now express your love, anger, laughter, surprise and sadness on your friends' posts.

Here are a few dos and don'ts for how to use these new reactions while maintaining proper netiquette.

Tempting yes, but the world could certainly use a lot less online drama. Trust us, it just isn't worth it. Let people have their own opinions, political or not, and keep scrolling.

2. DO 'Love' your friend's new baby

This way it looks like you truly care about the 400th picture they've uploaded this week!

3. DON'T 'Haha' the notorious vague bloggers

While you may be "haha-ing" in real life, some people use the Internet and their Facebook page to vent. Don't make it more awkward than they already have.

4. DO 'Wow' important life events

It's a bit more considerate than a "Like" but a lot less effort than a carefully crafted "Congratulations" message.

5. DON'T 'Sad' your ex's new relationship

Don't forget it's not just you and them who can see this; so can all of your friends and their friends and their mom who never liked you to begin with. Once again, it's not worth the drama. Some feelings are best kept to ourselves. Or Twitter, where your ex stopped following you months ago, anyway.
