LOS ANGELES -- Fandango may have sold you a ticket to the theater, but that doesn't mean they're through with you.

The Internet's largest movie-ticket seller announced Wednesday that it is rebranding M-GO, the digital video distribution platform it acquired earlier this year, as FandangoNOW.

The company's first-ever premium on-demand video service will launch March 30, just before a slew of home entertainment offerings hit the marketplace, including Disney's Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

It will offer "a massive library of new release and catalog movies from all major studios and next-day TV shows for purchase and rental on a wide variety of connected, over-the-top (OTT) and mobile devices," Fandango said in its release.

The news comes as Fandango continues to expand. The company recently acquired movie review website Rotten Tomatoes and digital movie brands Flixster from Warner Bros. Entertainment.

Fandango President Paul Yanover called FandangoNOW a "huge milestone" for the company.

The focus of the new service is to serve consumers "throughout the entire movie cycle" with digital products such as "super tickets."

"Over the last couple of years, we've been really focused on two key messages: Making ticketing as great as it can be ... and super serving consumers across the broader sense of movies," Yanover told Mashable. "We've expanded our view of where Fandango can go."
