Faraday Future may be falling apart, but that doesn't mean the company cannot produce a good video -- and, possibly, build an attractive car.

After a few months of silence, the company posted a new video on YouTube -- aptly named "Emergence" -- which finally shows us the company's upcoming electric supercar, the FF 91, in a real-life driving scenario.

Sure, we've seen the car in the flesh at this year's CES in January, but seeing it on the road, among other cars, somehow makes it a bit more believable that the car will one day actually hit the market.

Right now, things aren't looking very good; executives are leaving, funding is a problem, and the company reportedly had to scale back its ambitious plans for building a factory in Las Vegas.

If all these issues get sorted out, Faraday should start building its FF 91 supercar in 2018. The car should have a 1,050 peak horsepower, and go from zero to 60 MPH in less than 2.4 seconds.

For now, though, we get to enjoy the hatchbacky, futuristic vehicle glide on a real road and, as the video indicates, soak up all sorts of info about its surroundings. Does the FF 91 really measure heights of nearby waterfalls (go to 0:20 in the video)? Only time will tell.
