The setup is quick and easy. Just attach it to your item, and once it’s paired you can see the location of your AirTag alongside your other Apple devices. It also has a speaker built-in, so if something is nearby, you can make the AirTag play a sound to help you find it.
For items that are further away, the AirTag can be located through Apple’s wider Find My network. You can also share an AirTag with up to five people, and even share its location with a third party like an airline if something goes missing. The battery is replaceable and it’ll last over a year. And should the worst happen, the AirTag is both water and dust resistant with an IP67 rating.
