Frank Ocean is back at it, messing with our minds and maybe we finally have the new music we've all been waiting for. Or maybe it's just another tease, after that no-show a few weeks ago.

On Thursday night, Ocean's website began another mysterious livestream, but this time there was actually music playing while someone who looked a lot like Ocean spent time building what looks like a staircase.

Then, Joe Coscarelli of the New York Times tweeted that a "visual album" was being released at midnight Thursday.

And, on cue, a link to a 45-minute video in iTunes called "Endless" went up just shy of midnight on the East Coast. The video is the same footage as the stream on his website. Is this in addition to Boys Don't Cry or does it replace it? Or is this video simply the film of Frank listening to Boys Don't Cry which would be the most Frank Ocean move yet? Who knows.

UPDATE (Aug. 18, 2016 10:00 p.m. PDT): Now we do know: according to Rolling Stone, Endless is a separate project from Boys Don't Cry, which will be released this weekend. Allegedly.

Per Pitchfork, here's the tracklist:

01 Device Control (written by Wolfgang Tillmans) 02 At Your Best (You Are Love) (The Isley Brothers Cover) 03 Alabama 04 Mine 05 U-N-I-T-Y 06 Ambience 001: “In a Certain Way” 07 Commes Des Garcons 08 Ambience 002: “Honeybaby” 09 Wither 10 Hublots 11 In Here Somewhere 12 Slide on Me 13 Sideways 14 Florida 15 Deathwish (ASR) 16 Rushes 17 Rushes To 18 Higgs

As expected, Twitter was losing its mind all night waiting to see what Ocean was up to. Again.

Then, as midnight hit and "Endless" was available to Apple Music subscribers, the live stream on the website ended, causing even more chaos.

Thanks, Frank, for keeping us on our toes.
