Ukraine's Security Service (SBU) has claimed that a French national arrested last month was planning a series of attacks during the Euro 2016 football tournament.

The man apparently had two rocket launchers and 18 shells for them, more than 5,000 cartridges, 100 detonators, 125 kg of TNT explosives and five Kalashnikov assault rifles in his vehicle when he was arrested on the Ukrainian-Polish border in late May.

The agency released a video, above, showing the moment of his arrest.
