Print your digital photos on instant film with this tiny device
I've seen pocket printers that print your smartphone photos out onto digital ink-less paper, but I had no idea there were ones that printed your digital photos onto instant film.
Riding the wave of instant film's sudden popularity, Fujifilm is introducing the Instax Share SP-2, the second-generation of its pocket digital printer.
Fujifilm's improved the printer in several key ways over the original Share SP-1. It's sharper looking, prints faster (10 seconds vs. 16 seconds for the old one) and is quieter when doing so.

It still prints onto Instax's mini format instant Instax film, but there are new filters and templates to go beyond the standard framed instant photo.
The free Share app that connects your smartphone or tablet to the printer (available on iOS and Android) has a new collage mode that lets you print two photos side by side or four in one photo.
There's also a "real-time" template for adding timely info like the date, place, weather, temperature and humidity to an image. Pretty cool!
The rechargeable battery charges via micro USB.
The Instax Share SP-2 will be available in mid-July in the U.S. for $199.95.
