'Game of Thrones' actors were as pumped as we were to see this new pairing
Game of Thrones Season 5 brought with it a few new character combinations -- but arguably, none was more thrilling than the collision between Tyrion and Daenerys, Mother of Dragons.
In an exclusive clip from the upcoming Season 5 Blu-ray/DVD set, Peter Dinklage and Emilia Clarke open up about finally getting to work with one another and their characters' trajectories in the Emmy award-winning season.

"I think Peter is phenomenal, and getting to act with him has been such a gift," Clarke says at one point.
The Blu-ray/DVD release of Game of Thrones: The Complete Fifth Season arrives in stores March 15 and will include a host of special features including deleted scenes, audio commentaries and an in-depth look at a day in the life of the show's production crew.
Game of Thrones Season 6, meanwhile, premieres on HBO April 24.
