Bran Stark gives us a tour of the ultimate 'Game of Thrones' swag room
LOS ANGELES, California -- About 12 hours after HBO brought flying dragons and three-eyed ravens to the heart of Hollywood Blvd., Isaac Hempstead-Wright is looking excited, energized and very much not like a guy who'd been up until the wee hours of the morning celebrating the return of Game of Thrones at a lavish party.
But you'd rally, too, if it meant spending your morning getting some one-on-one time with the coolest Game of Thrones swag in all of the kingdoms -- everything from 4D maps of Westeros and dragon egg bookends to boards games and all the Funkos you could ever desire.
Some of it is affordable; the shot glasses go for about $6. And some of it is, well, an investment. Select jewelry pieces, for example, goes for about $1,100, and the high-end version of the pinball machine will set you back almost $8,800. (And yes, you can actually buy it.)

Hempstead-Wright, whose character returns in Season 6 after a year-long absence from the show, says he's particularly taken with the show's sword replicas. Whenever he sees one on set, he jokes, he can't help but pick it up -- much to the chagrin of safety-enforcing armory team.
Not all of the swag -- set up to showcase the merchandise for visitors during a press day -- is new to him. He admits he has some items -- like the pop-up book and his action figure -- at his house overseas.
"I wish I had a whole room of it like here," he says. "I have no shame. I have so many Game of Thrones merch things at my house."
Who can blame him? Game of Thrones fever is as strong as ever -- last season's fatal finale drew the show’s largest audience. It's only natural that someone who has essentially grown up on Thrones would love it just as much as anyone else -- if not more.
Being away from set for a year, of course, only seemed to make his fondness for the experience grow. Hempstead-Wright missed everything -- except maybe the weather.
"Yeah, I had a whole year off from having to go into the forrest in the middle of Northern Ireland in the cold with lots of fake snow. So [going back] was a shock to the system," he says.
Later, he'll try on a replica of the heavy coats they wear on screen, which thankfully aid in keeping the cold out.
But if we're talking functionality, Hempstead-Wright knows exactly what he thinks Bran needs the most: Monopoly.
"I recon he'd like just a long, drawn out game because he's stuck in a cave with all those guys. He needs a really drawn-out, monotonous game to play," he says, laughing. "I don't think Hodor would be great [at it], but Bran would win all the time. He'd really enjoy that."
